Birmingham have signed Barry Ferguson for £1.2 million.

I had to laugh when I read this...he left Blackburn all those years ago because he was "home sick," now he's moved even further away from Scotland!

Haha, that was obviously an excuse, was he getting many games at Blackburn? And he's probably moved further away from home because this deal might be for the money....

Yeah he played a lot, I remember watched Blackburn vs Southampton and in that game he got given 3 yellow cards before getting sent off!

Haha! Oh yeah i remember there was a world cup game in 2006 like that, the player refused to go off, is that what happened there?

I remeber when some English ref gave 3 yellows without realising it, he might have gone to birmingham for the money but my question is how have birmingham come into this big pot of money now ? :P

Well they've always had money, but I think after what he did during that Scotland match etc...then falling out with the management at Ibrox he was kind of in a position where he had to leave.

He wouldn't though, no reason after 25 years and how good he's been that he would leave for a team such as Birmingham
