Well i've never heard of him, probably because he's so young. But it seems Rafa is looking to buy younger players. He's also looking for next Steven Gerrard in Liverpool.
Will this signing be a good one? What does everybody think?
Barcelona are also trying to sign Fernandez but Liverpool are favourites to win the deal.
